Dr. Julie Ghaly made the whole experience smooth and easy-going and was very supportive throughout. She and the rest of the staff were always kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. This clinic is so different from any dentist I’ve been to. No stressful vibes at all, just friendly, smiling faces everywhere! Dr Julie did my Invisalign treatment and explained everything super clearly in a really relaxed way. I loved how gentle and easy to understand she was. Later I needed a crown and Dr Julie was on leave, so I saw Dr Vivienne. At first I was a bit worried about the handover, but she made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything carefully and gave me different options so I could decide what was best. Technician Juliana was amazing too, constantly checking the colour, size, and shape, and I couldn’t believe my crown was done in under 2 hours! The nurses are all super kind and gentle, and the front desk staff are not only helpful but also really lovely to look at 😄. Honestly, it doesn’t feel like a typical rushed dentist at all…it feels like they’re looking after a friend. Dr Julie and the team are the most thorough and detailed practice I've ever been to. After taking my daughter to visit for a general check up, I booked an appointment for myself to assess my jaw and tooth pain. They exceeded any expectations I had, they showed me areas I needed to concentrate on more when brushing and flossing, and offered preventative measures to make sure I can mitigate any pains in the future, the best part is I have no more pain! Updating my review from last year - another great experience last week with my now 4.5year old girl, bit less wriggly this year. So amazing to see the same staff again - Elaine welcomed us so warmly and we were treated by Emily and Juliana so expertly yet again! Another 5 star experience! Thankyou for the wonderful smile results, re-aligning my teeth and replacing my 20 year old bridges with new ceramic porcelain bridges. Throughout the process I was treated with care and kindness by the whole team. Dr Julie had great vision and has created a much improved smile with the technical brilliance of Julianna and assisted brilliantly by Jess, and with the helpful front desk and smiling faces of Bri and Elaine. On the 'whole day appointment' between sessions I was treated to lunch from a local cafe and a lovely massage and pedicure by Dana. Dana was outstanding. Emily also did a great job improving the colour, thankyou. The studio is calming, clean and professional. Whilst the lower teeth continue the invisalign process, I'm thrilled with the outcome of the top and how the smile looks now. I hope I haven't missed anyone, as the whole team were amazing to deal with and everyone I interacted with were kind, friendly, professional and supportive.
