Dear valued clients
As many of you are aware by now, I sold my practice in late 2019 to Dr Julie Ghaly.
Dr Julie is an excellent dentist and I feel comfortable in knowing that she will maintain the high standard of care that you deserve and have been accustomed to over the last 24 years. She shares the same passion and thirst for constant professional growth, utilizing the most advanced technology to ensure only the best will do.
After 30 years of practice, it is now time for me to have a break and pursue other interests. My last day will be this Thursday, 31 March.
My only regret, due to other commitments, is that I didn’t have the opportunity to personally thank each and every one of you for the trust and faith you granted me and our wonderful team. I can’t express in words how much this was sincerely appreciated. For many, this relationship became one of friendship and I will certainly miss our regular catch up and banter.

Firstly, thank you for your loyalty to both our practices, Toorak Dental Studio and TMJ Therapy Centre.
Since taking ownership in 2019, we have focused on implementing considerable improvements to our clinic facilities. The team and I are passionate about supporting healthy, aesthetic smiles for you and your children. Despite the challenges of recent years, we have continued our commitment to providing modern dental technology and maintaining current clinical knowledge to enhance your patient experience.
Staff Update: Dr Wally Hassoun, after many years, has decided to conclude consulting at the TMJ Therapy Centre to pursue other personal ventures and resume travelling. If in the future he decides to return to clinical work, our team at Toorak Dental Studio will convey his availability via our website.
I have full confidence that our team, Oral Health Therapists Sophie Oostermyer and Radhika Arasu, our Clinical Nurse Mohini, and our Front Desk Coordinator Denise—are dedicated to managing your dental care. We collectively strive to maintain quality standards in dentistry and look forward to welcoming you.
