To be eligible for a DentiCare plan, you generally need to be over 18 years old, an Australian citizen, currently employed, and not subject to any debt or bankruptcy agreements.
Yes. Your payment plan can be structured to cover the 'gap' (out-of-pocket cost) remaining after your private health insurance rebate has been applied. Please speak to our reception team to organise this.
When committing to a payment plan, it is important to ensure you can manage the scheduled payments for the duration of the term. Please note that while the plan may be interest-free, fees and charges (such as dishonour fees for missed payments) may apply.
DentiCare is a direct debit payment plan designed to spread the cost of treatment. Unlike some credit products, it is specifically tailored for dental and medical treatments.

The frequency of direct debits can be tailored to suit your needs (e.g., weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). Automatic payments are processed on your agreed-upon debit date. We recommend ensuring funds are available in your account the night before to avoid bank dishonour fees.
